Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

asha worker ko ek special ID banana chahiye ,, jab bachcha garbh mein rehta hai tabhi ,,, asha aur ANM ko ye kam pe lagana chahiye,,। gram pradham se doosri digital list magni chahiye ,,, census digital aur har 5 sal pe karna chahiye ,,,

My cheque for Rs.8.10 lakh drawn in favour of NHAI for issue of LTCG Bonds under S54EC of the IT Act was encashed by it on Sep 22, 2021. My application for the bonds was routed through the SBI Treasury branch, Kakinada, SBI agency, HDFC bank concerned. Neither have I received the bonds nor any information feedback on the status of issue of the same. Seeking for help from the people-centric Central Government.K. A. N. Talpasai

Good morning Birth registration form should make available on easily available website. so that any elder family member can upload his/her new born child's information on portal

जन्म और मृत्यु प्रमाणपत्र देने की प्रक्रिया पूर्णतः कम्प्यूटरीकृत होनी चाहिए । किसी भी परिवार में बच्चे के जन्म या किसी की मृत्यु के बाद महीनों तक वह परिवार परेशान रहता है। ऐसे में उसे जन्म मृत्यु प्रमाणपत्र कार्यालय के चक्कर लगाने से मुक्ति मिल जाएगी।

Respected PM sir, In the label of BPNL & GPNL address of Rajasthan & Jaipur... they are hiring jobs from 8 months with lower education qualification to higher... including all courses.... giving more advertisement in social media...many people paid application fees..but those people receive calls but divert information...in Google search and you tube they uploaded some videos & linked information... but until no one gets job .. Just they're doing unscientific procedures..in the view of fraud tqs

Contd---On completion of his or hers life journey being a citizen death certificate of the person should be automatically delivered to the family without any delay. Cancelling all the above data of the person in records & the will proceedings as per wish of the individual. This can be a comprehensive database of the individual. Being a large country with large population feasibility to be studied or simplified to a lesser extent.This is my imagination with limited knowledge on the subject.

Contd---Every year school data can be updated with scholarship or minimum school books if required.All data like ration card, address proof,bank account, voters I'd, passport, driving licence, citizenship card should be continuation based on the data of the smart card. In New Digital India the birth of a child in all cases is a hospital.A smartcard should be generated on receipt of the hospital intimation along with Aadhar no of doctor & registration no of nursing home.Time, place of birth, Mother's Aadhar no,blood group of the child or any information has to be entered into the smart card. From there on child's vaccinations physical data of health,school entry with smart card. Every year school data can be updated with scholarship or minimum school - Contd--

Registration of deaths need to be recorded to avoid many fradulent settlements and transactions. Many of the criminals get ration in the name of the dead, and introduction of smart ration is now reducing this kind of fradulent activities. And many of the people get pension in the name of dead. It should also be controlled. Every individual should ask themselves, What we are doing is correct? We are cheating ourselves As the citizen of india We should be religious and faithful, in what we do....
