आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी,
हमारे देश के हर क्षेत्र में आरक्षण है। हालांकि, जाति का लाभ लेने के लिए नॉन क्रीमी लेयर प्रमाणपत्र की आवश्यकता होती है; ज्यादातर लोग अपनी आय छुपाकर या खुद को किसान या गरीब बताकर इसे हासिल करने में कामयाब रहे। मैं आपसे हर छात्र, नौकरी के इच्छुक लोगों के लिए यूनिवर्सल नॉन क्रीमी लेयर नंबर रखने की प्रणाली विकसित करने का अनुरोध कर रहा हूं, जो उनके माता-पिता और उनके स्वयं के पैन नंबर से लिंक होगा। इस प्रकार, केवल जरूरतमंद ही आरक्षण का लाभ उठा सकते थे।

The Act made registration of births, deaths and still births mandatory in India.The accomplishment of the objectives of this Act was, however, poor in India. Nevertheless, efforts have been made by the Union government to fill in the gaps.

To provide for the regulation of registration of births and deaths and for the matters connected therewith. Accordingly, provisions have already been provided in the said Act for Registration establishment consisting of Registrar-General, Chief Registrar and Registration Division, District Registrars and Registrars. Further, procedures for registration of births and death and for maintenance of records and statistics are provided for in the said Act.

Application can be made easily by submitting birth / death registration, hospital / doctor's certificate and certificate of the respective panchayat member and accepting the application through csc.

Try to expedite the birth / death registration.
One month without penalty and a fine of Rs 10 for up to 5 months
Gradually increase the fine from Rs.10000 to 6 months to 1 year

Once a death certificate is issued, his adhaar card shall be automatically frozen to avoid fraudulent modifications or misuse in financial transactions.
OTP comes on registered mobile number for online financial transactions and mobiles are linked with aadhaar, freezing aadhaar would automatically freeze online transactions.
Transaction through cheques with valid signature of deceased person shall be allowed as the person might have issued advance cheque for loan repayment or in business deals
