While most people of the nation want a developed nation with good law and order. Better infra and benefits.
There is always a segment of.people who are regressive and try sabotage all efforts to build better nation.
How do you tackle that sir. Even aadhar and driving license can be made fraudulently. It's our own citizens who support and join hands for all illegal causes.

Birth and deat Certificates are utmost important because it not only gives recognition but also helps in thorough survey of Government. Amended bills should enforce thar every citizen after birth and death must get their certificate made and this should be looked after by ward parshad or Anganwadi Workers as they are available everywhere.

As panchayat system is working well in all states so at the village level (i) where proper medical facilities are not available, registration of birth and death should be done online by elected persons such that Ward representatives, Sarpanch, Mukhiya etc. and approved by the Registrar. (ii) where proper medical facilities is available , registration of birth and death should be done by the hospital authorities and approved by the Registrar. (iii) Same to be followed in the rural area also.
