Promote public transport. Policy interventions to promote public transport (or penalizing private transport through congestion tax etc) should be coupled with significant improvement in connectivity as well as quality of infrastructure

Traffic jams across major nodes in the city has paralysed the city and impacts the economic output of the city as well. Two simple actions to reduce this is proper route planning and proper enforcement of traffic rules
