Sir, firstly, the reason is non availability of doctors and paramedical staff in the hilly areas where tribal peoples are residing. Though the govt has opened many PHCs in the remote areas, doctors are reluctant to go there and managed to stay in their clinics and all these happened with the help of influential politicians. There should be strict vigilance over them. Secondly, is non availability of medicines in these areas. A nation can progress when Officers and politicians are honest in work.

Sir,an idea of movable or mobile toilets in village areas can be thought of until pucca toilets come in. The idea is like Toilets can be installed in Vehicles like the ones used for Ambulances and the same can be driven around say covering around 30 villages each. Persons driving the vehicle can be hired under the NREGA scheme and people can use the toilets whenever it is parked in a village. The vehicle can be used for inter village travel by villagers and also mapping of village roads
