Higher Education has to be Industry-Oriented.Instead of looking for Pvt Sector funding,we must look at employability & industry-readiness of students.Every Educational Institution should be directed to invite people from Industry as Guest Lecturers.All companies should be given tax-rebate provided they employ intern from higher educational institutions & give them part-time jobs/assignments, preferably with stipend after 1 month training.Curriculum should be updated based on Industry feedback .

If the private sector can share learning material and curriculum they teach their fresh recruits or new joinees. It will allow colleges to modify their content to industry need. Even college cannot do that , student can learn by their own. Seniors in the industry can run contest of key challenges in their industry and run a contest for solution for students. This will inculcate habit of research among students as well may be useful solution is provided to organization.

Teaching of one subject like Geeta Saar/Kuran Aayete related to every religion should be introduce

Abolish Income Tax as only 4/5 cr. individuals are paying it ! alternatively I have such arrangement that at least 35/30 Cr. individual will give money with return arrangement ! and the best part is no body will try to generate Black money !! for that I can talk with finance Minister or PM only.

While it is true to say that meaningful partnership with the private sector is essential to sustain Higher Education as it is diffucult to get it going with public funding alone, it also needs to be mulled as to how to get the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs.) meangfully involved in the field, especially where Governmental has already pumped in public resources. Rather, it needs to be made obligatory, while granting grants to the NGOs, to extend their co-operation as part of their aims.

I am visually challenged person and i was working with Salwan Public School, Tronica City, Ghaziabad, for the last 2 years as Librarian. The school have taken my job and demanding payouts for the missing books in the library. The management is harassing a visually challenged person. The have taken my job and also asking for money. I would request Hone'ble Prime Minister to take a strick action against SALWAN EDUCATION TRUST . New Delhi in this regard. Justice has not been with me sir.

All Zonal Monitoring offices should check for Quality of Education and employability aspect of every Institution (& University); May be a body with PPP (& Independent professionals (retired) );All faculties should comply to world standard parameters of Educational Institutes.(All standards reviewed and a suitable model taken for Indian scenario); Transfer certificate issuance should be done online (so that anyone can register at different location for higher studies);Course fees shown on portal

All universities should give similar named degrees -Like B.Tech.(Electrical); All universities should have same duration and style of course content; All P.G. projects should be archived and checked when new projects are submitted for plagiarism; Some universities allow Working candidates for registering to M.B.A.;M.M.M. (full times courses ) e.g.Pune University ; This should be stopped (as marks are given for internal exams and submissions without students doing anything. DEC to be monitored.

The NGOs should be called upon to 'adopt' the Schools / Institutions in their areas of operation where the Government, State or Central, has created the requisite infrastructure. THAT WAY GOVERNMENT'S RESOURCES WOULD BE RELIEVED OF THE RESPONSIBILITY OF DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT. THE NGO'S RESOURCES, AIDED BY GOVT. AID, CAN BE USEFULLY UTILIZED.
