Besides opting for the PPP option, it is desirable that the NGOs may be called upon to get engaged in imparting of learning in whatever way it may be. The NGOs should be called upon to 'adopt' the Schools / Institutions in their areas of operation where the Government, State or Central, has created the requisite infrastructure. THAT THE GOVERNMENT'S RESOURCES WOULD BE RELIEVED OF THE RESPONSIBILITY OF DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT. THE NGO'S RESOURCES, AIDED BY THE GOVT. AID CAN BE USEFULLY UTILIZED.

Industrial based learing can be develop my increasing awareness and promoting the concept of internships, it's easyer to find a job but it's hard to find an internship in India.

Curriculum syllabus to be upgraded to include current trends in the society. Moral values to be taught at all levels to prevent harassment against women. Basics of law and punishments to be taught. History content to be replaced with technical advancements in various fields. More emphasis to be given on science and technology. Research to be encouraged through incentives & funding.. CBSE holidays to be inline with respective state govt schools. After annual exams summer holidays be given.

Please open up primary & secondary education to private sector. Ease the rules for opening of schools. Do away with affiliation system. Make boards exam conducting bodies. Do not muddle with qualification/remuneration of teachers. Let market decide. Govt. does not decide these for other professionals, then why should it do it for teachers? If people can open schools freely, the price and quality will improve. Let parents not govt decide if children should go to schools with playground. ...
