My suggestion is to reduce d burden of knowledge which is not required like in social science only important events need to know not to increase d syllabus which has no use in future development. .it gives only and only burden

YOUTH FOR NATION BUILDING:We are through JAN-DHAN yojana but who will credit the 0 balance a/c.Please deduct 10% of net monthly salary of every individual male government employee so that the wife be credited with this amount in each month.This will solve many legal issues besides giving somewhat financial power to women in INDIA.This scheme should be made optional in private sector.We have in INDIA male dominated society so it is legally possible to implement such scheme.

Please open up primary & secondary education to private sector. Ease the rules for opening of schools. Do away with affiliation system. Make boards exam conducting bodies. Do not muddle with qualification/remuneration of teachers. Let market decide. Govt. does not decide these for other professionals, then why should it do it for teachers? If people can open schools freely, the price and quality will improve. Let parents not govt decide if children should go to schools with playground.

Which aspects of the education value chain. i.e. curriculum->content->delivery->learning->assessment->certification the PPP comes into play will have serious implications and often divergent effects 2. Structuring a PPP where there is small benefit for private sector to start with, but increasing with the tenure of the partnership is a viable proposition. But the private sector trust deficit needs to be bridged first to attempt a serious PPP

For meaningful partnership with private sector; abandon school board system and instead introduce a meaningful regulatory body in place of boards. Set up independent bodies for conducting exams and setting syllabus (like university for schools). Allow competition among these bodies(mini-universities); give free hand to schools to choose among these MUs.

REPLACE MCCAULAY EDUCATION SYSTEM & INTRODUCE ACHIEVEMENTS BY OUR PPL & MAKE OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM MORE PRACTICAL THAN THEORETICAL BCOZ EVERYONE IN INDIA HAVE HIGHER DEGREES & LESS OR NO SKILLS BCOZ THEY JUST CRAM & TRY TO PASS BUT IN ACTUAL LIFE PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE IS NEEDED & IMPROVE GOVT. SCHOOLS LEVEL & PLS OPEN MORE KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA SCHOOL BCOZ IN CONVENT SCHOOLS STUDENT ONLY LEARN ENGLISH AND PROMOTES FANCY TO IMMIGRATE FROM INDIA TO OTHER COUNTRIES STOP BRAIN DRAIN

actually a strong PPP is needed in every field in order to implement better ideas and also to give better plans to avoid losses. Govt. can't control each and every sector with same quality . Rather allowing private players will boost competition and hence can be a boon for the field and also the organisation.

Two suggestions for early education. 1) Encourage early study in mother langauge and then change to English medium study in later grade. Grasping power of kids are best in their mother language. Unknowingly childrens face two challanges to study and to learn new language and they loose their fun time as soon as they start going to school. 2) Educational Text books are written so poorly, that makes education so boring for children. Nice written text makes undestading easier and grasping better.

Let companies needing specialized manpower start their own institutes and Universities. India needs 10 times more quantity and quality of institutes and Universities. With quality in India improving number of students going to foreign universities will reduce, saving expenditure outside and we can attract students from other countries on a much larger scale. This will with image of India outside and will help our businesses to grow out of India with Indian educated foreign talent.
