Respected PM Sir,
First of all- Wish you a very happy, healthy and prosperous new year.
To check dropout rate in ST students I wish to submit that - 1-Instead of pure education job oriented courses should be promoted. 2- Earn through Learn method should be adopted. 3- Training-cum-Production Centers (TCPC) should be opened in tribal areas.lastly 4- After specific research study need based education method should initiated.
Thanks for giving me opportunity to share my views with you,

(1) First need to focus on basic needs of families in such area(earnings to run family, availability of water/food/health/safety facilities, basis infrastructure). Once these would available then focus would start automaticlly on education from families. We may link extra food security/MGNREGA/ other sechemes with education continuity of children in family.

first we should create schools and toilets in tribal areas as when people will be educated then only the will understand and take advantages of the policies of the gov. and for the teachers we should give employment to the rural youths and teach them to "teach" and become teachers in the schools in the tribal areas.
