For Government LTA policies and travel, Booking with Low Cost Airlines should be allowed as against current fetish with AIR INDIA, which are usually higher priced flights.

Right now in general I am suggesting that wherever a levy has to be collected for any service let it be made automatic with somebody made accountable for the collection. Let not private agencies be employed leaving the levy to their arbitrary decision.

A holistic approach for meaningful outcomes: a. Create a master list of all citizen/user services of every govt dept in the country, split into social/welfare and Comm. services. b. Estimate cost of service delivery (itemwise and est.total cost p.a (based on costs and Exp. volumes). c. Load cost of social services on comm. services equitably for adj cost per comm service. d. Fix user chgs for comm services based on Quality of Service commitments. Bud support to keep chgs reasonable.

Nominal user charges can be levied once in a month in any of the bills like telephone bill, electricity bill, water bill for the user charges. Thus user can also know hos much he has spent in a month on the user charges. Instead of putting taxes at many places, the tax regime should be made easy and at one point only, thus making every the citizen a proud tax payer rather than trapped in a mess of IT papers and engaging CAs etc. for manipulation of accounts.

continue to the above post Each state Administrative officials can come together and discuss on the above as 1 day pvt vehicles off street gives Municipal authorities to clean and maintain better road conditions - any repairs if needed. Electricity can be diverted towards the farmers and industrial areas for perfect growth and perfect development- Subsidy is not a remedy but encouraging the wastage or blocking the power of karma .... Lets give the nature what it gives to us to live and let live

Shuprabhat NAMO > Bharath a nation known for unity in diversity - Can we be united on this to save resources 1. Petrol, Pollution and electricity> Can the government think about this as 1 day in a month can we have no 2 or 3 or 4 wheelers (private vehicles) road transport except govt vehicles > We can save Gallons of petrol and avoid pollution saving the mother nature just 1 day for the nature, 2. Can we have a black out for 6 or 12 hours once in a month to save our electricityin a state

1. Misuse or abuse of public service should be punishable offence. 2. Water, electricity and PDS services management servuces management team should include top rank police officials and collussion, if any, must attract stringent punishment. 3. Municipal tax collection may be made in proportion to electricity consumption. 4.Basic civic services such as roads, drainage, health, education, public utilities etc must remain free.
