For 5 years it is close to 5000 Billion or 5 Trillion. IF you decide to replace LPG with Induction Stove, and assuming government is making the stove, A stove will cost only Rs2000 max.

There are many public services running in deficit, whrther it is electricity or railway transport or LPG distribution to name a few. We have successfully bridged the gap in diesel through monthly increases at nominal rates. Similar approach can be extended to maximum areas, like LPG ( Rs 5 per month), electricity( at 10 paise per month), passenger fares Rs 1 permonth for 2nd class and Rs 5 per monh for first class Rs 10 per month for A/c class. Atleast the deficit can be bridged in two years.
