Respected Sir , the best way to tap black money or un recorded money is by tapping expenditures for people in the business and political ground. Income is no more a full proof source of getting the most out of income tax for services provided by the government. i have done an analysis whereby expenditure tapping can float daily money value equivalent to the population of our country, give this has proper government and judicial supporting

Sir, why cannot govt of India identify the Indian expatriates working overseas in specific industries & encourage them to set up small scale venture projects by initiating a fund to loan these specific projects. They can make Jvs with the present govt. Agencies and give tough fight to the big private players. The only way to beat job deficiency is to make capable citizens self employed and there by creating jobs. Imagine a group of IIT civil engineers making a Jv with R&B and competing with L&T

आप सभी लोगो ने अपने आसपास के थानो को तो देखा होगा सभी मे बस, कार, मोटर साइकल आदि का कबाड़ा सालो से जमा पड़ा रहता है| ये गाड़ी किसी ना किसी जुर्म के निशानी होती है|इन्हे क्यो रखा गया है?क्या ये खड़ा रखना ही समाधान है?यदि कोई वाहन किसी जुर्म मे पकड़ा जाता है तो उसको थाने मे खड़ा करने से वह खराब हो जाता है और कबाड़ मे बदल जाता है जिससे राष्टीय संपाति का नुकसान हो जाता है और इसे व्यक्तिगत नुकसान के रूप मे देखना चाहिए|इसके स्थान पर एक निजी और वाहन के हिसाब से वित्तीय गारन्टि ले लेना चाहिए

Different govt organisations should engage private buses for picking up and dropping the regular office goers and they should charged for the same on monthly basis.This will ensure less fuel expenditures which otherwise they spend in their individual cars/bikes/scooters save governments foreign currency spend on purchasing fuel in a big way.also it will ensure that the govt employees will not bunk their offices.

I would like to raise the issue of use of state police on VIP duties.The police personnel are less than the required no in any police station in India and that too is being used by the VIPs.In the process the police personnel has no time or less time to serve the common man of India.My suggestions is the there must separate security personnel to be used for VIP protocols, so that the normal police can give attention to the services required by the common man of India for whom they are deputed.

On a ratio of 3 houses: 1 latrine make available to all households without latrines.Make a card for making entries.Every household should be charged Rs 2 per day, monthly charges will be 60 per household.Every 100 houses will have 33 latrines in common as public latrines.60 rs shoul be collected as user charges.6000 rs collected for every 100 houses should be the salary of the person maintaing the latrines.By this we can create employment for every 33 latrines per person along with that we can do away with open defecation.Persons paying charges will never think of defecating in open.Supply of cleaning agents and other requirements shoul be done by the concerned ULBs.

Red light (Lal Batti) on the government vehicles is often extended to the private vehicles of the concerned personnel. The sale of these lights in open market should be banned. the red light should be issued by the RTO only on recommendation of appropriate authority. This will curb the misuse.
