Sir first change the mind sets of the people and then automatically our societys will become clean and green.
If we are cleaning the societies and they don't know the responsiblities of cleaness and they think that we are cleaning the societies and why we should do it.
We can't control the waste of each and every state of this country india is a big country and it has huge population.
Then we can proceed for establishing more companies for helping them.and then after we should dump it.

We are proud of Modi government for scaling up the expectation of government from general public as public had been kept in dark by previous governments on e-governace on massive scale for keeping for getting votes and folling them continueously. Now Modi has changed the mind set but understanding of public can be enhanced by giving the definition of leakage and re-cycling of E-Waste in all print and electronic media by default without additional cost to government in improving public knowledge

what do you all think about yourselves. You all have very proudness about yourselves. You politician, media, businessman, film stars made a society, where you all enjoy all the services & preferances and you all deprive general citizens. You all thinks , that general citizens are ants like. But god also lives in ants. Please see the bollywood movie 'OMG'.

According to the e-waste survey, local governments want the CIWMB to advocate on their behalf
for extended producer responsibility that would shift end-of life management responsibility from
government-sponsored programs to manufacturers and retailers. Manufacturer take-back of
electronics would provide industry with an incentive to reduce the toxicity of products and to
design products that are more easily recycled.
