First of all I would like to say that New India is growing properly that's why we are making e-garbage.
There are three major steps to recycle e-waste 1 is separate andrecycle the metallic material 2 is separate the plastics and polymer and the 3 is to collect the harmful chemicals paints and ink and then properly dispose them so that they may not harm the environment.

E-waste have a good monetary value bearing many disease causing factors. Hence a red dustbin can be created in every where of society by tendering process. Winer may create the dustbin in their own cost & they can earn by selling the waste to recycler. They also make the awareness program in their own interests. It has a vice-versa profit . A pollution free society along with government's revenue as business tax will be earned as well as an alternative earning source will be generated.

separate legislation on e-waste instead of handling it under the Environment ProtectionSuch legislation may call for establishing a central authority or a central public sector undertaking having experts from IT field and other technical domains possessing knowledge of e-waste disposal, management and recycling techniques and its own e-waste collection centre/ recycling plants with state-of-art technologies, in all major cities of the country.

there should follow the model on the line of mega food park project in which there are collection centre and primary processing unit whose role is collection of e-waste disposal and separation of their parts according to material type uses and then send to secondary processing unit whose role is collection of same type of parts and then distribute to industrial sector who can use them as raw material for their production.
these process help to government to earn income & can generate employment

there should be some E waste office in every zone. so that user can go there and dump E-waste. and to promote this govt can give some kind to vouchers so that instead of throwing useless electronic item in trash, user will drop at e waste office. and the this E waste can be used by govt safely. for a start you can put boxed in front of postoffice banks etc. or you can give guideline to pvt company to put a ewaste box inside the campus.
