The E Waste should be thought upon from the very time being the E item is purchased. Its decomposition will take time .The E items when purchased should have option of disposing off to the retailer in return of some amount/ token/coupon with some monetary or other benefits or perks and in return the E Waste may also be used or recycled(if possible) .

1. Setup a collection centre close to the households, to encourage people to dispose the E-waste only in the centres. Use (a) Post Office, (2) Ration shops and (3) Govt. schools as collection centres.
2. Run a national or zonal tender for companies to collect the waste. The awarded company to arrange to collect material from the collection centre and dispose further.
3. Make a law for penalty for disposing other than to collection centres.
4. Run an awareness programme through schools.

Dear PM sir. Myself Rahul Sarkar from Silchar. This is my first attend to you. I m attend 12th class examination 2018.
Sir, education is the best path. You can organise a preliminary education on E-westage and for every Indian. Now days everybody using e-devices so that every will be able to know, what is e-westage? You can make two weeks classes. The classes shall not be written or reading system. It must be practical classes. Then only we can brought awareness for e-westage. Thank you sir.
