Respected Sir in order to recycle E-waste Government must install collections centers at bus stop, Metro Stations, city Mall, Railway stations, thus E-waste can be easily collected from citizen and in exchange they will get money or points for their dumping e- waste at collection center.

Honourable ministry of Electronics and IT - eWaste management is collecting and recycling. Small level individual collections can be done with recycling bins and corporate ewaste can be collected and would recommend to create newgovernment programs and facilities for various electronic manufacturers to collect and recycle for their own use. Which cleans environment, benefits electronic industry and in turn the government and environment.

Honourable ministry of Electronics & Information Technology
As far as we know, green waste can be used as manure an compost etc...... but can we figure out a way to use this green waste as fuel cells, if we find that solution then our natural non-renewable resources deposits will not perish from this Earth.
I only want to say if we combine technology with environment then our Mother Earth will be more happier than ever. Thank you!

My Idea is :
Like muncipal dustbins, we need to have dustbins with special colours installed in every street, so that people may dump e-waste in the bin. Weekly collection of e-waste by workers are required to be scruitinized by authorities and recyclables must be handled separately.
Jai hind.

computers are being scrapped due to upgraded technology.we should be able to salvage some of the parts. For example power supply card, cooling fan for small wood chula with suitable arrangments to give better combustion & save Lpg.Also solar energy panels could be connected in remote areas to the fan with battery backup.
Similarly LED bulbs from scrapped smart phones, screen converted to white light for small lighting in conjuction with sloar panels and battery backup in remote areas

E-Waste - Main problem in this area that govt. has not proper guide line for there employees who are related in this. Village and town area problem is under control by some activeness where this type of e-waste is some and in a month waste is not more then 5 Kwintal after 2 / 3 months waste and related employee both are under control. When you are success in some area and then you are policy maker.
