Re-evaluate. Do you really need that extra gadget? Try finding one device with multiple functions.
Extend the life of your electronics. Buy a case, keep your device clean, and avoid overcharging the battery.
Buy environmentally friendly electronics. Look for products labeled Energy Star or certified by the Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT).
Donate used electronics to social programs—and help victims of domestic violence, children safety initiatives, environmental causes

We can have e-waste collection bins with electronics surveillance and recording machine. Those who deposit thier e-waste can record their finger prints and get cumulative Swatch Bharat score / points based on their contribution. This score/points can be provide them incentives like priorities in all government interactions like railway reservation, school admission, ration card and public distribution etc, We can permit transfer of scores and also differentiate a citizen vs organization.

Two types of waste is there Biodegradable and non biodegradable.
....biodegradable can easily decompose into soil and non biodegradable cannot be easily decomposed...bio waste like peels of vegetables ,excreate of animals can be used as manure....and non biodegradable materials like pastic can be recycle and metal also but which cannot be recycled we can decomposed by the method of Incineration....

The question of recycling comes when a product is non biodegradable. But how about using things which can be degradable? ...Recently I got to know that plastic bags are replaced by bags which looks and acts like plastic but isn't actually..It is first kind introduced in India that is Envigreen..How about contacting the producer and ask about this plan?
