Being an NRI by status and Indian by Heart i feel immense proud to have a Mr. Narendra Modi as PM of my country. Firstly you need to ask all indians working abroad, Why do they have a need to work abroad?? The answer would maybe shocker for a few that its the Indian Policy and regime and business environment that forces us to work here. Lets work on governance and create a environment that we all would come back to India and work from there. Thats the Real win for all of us

I feel so proud every morning to chant shanti path with fellow Americans. i m doing my masters in orthopaedic surgery in Bangladesh's premium institute due to scarcity of sufficient seats in India. but the sad part is that my degree is not recognized by medical council of India even when it is similar to the education standards in India. i feel Mr. PM & Ministry of Heath should recognize the degrees done by the students abroad (after careful inspection) & multiply the number of capable doctors in a deficient society by recognizing their degrees without any hassles!

India need to introduce "One ID all purpose" As of today we have many ID number like driving license, PAN number etc and those keeps changing as and when we lost or in case of renewal. For example i have renewed passport three times all the time i have received three different number. This is quite hectic to handle since when i got first passport number i have mentioned that ID in all of internet banking system etc...Again i have to put the request all bank to change the passport ID.........

Bank employees in customer facing interaction, this would benefit greatly by en-acting sea change in behavior. Employee mind set of adopting a self appointed judge and master posture for servicing customer needs requires eradication. Ownership of training in customer etiquette needs to become the mantra and be spear headed by Executive Management, to driven down through to the ranks on the front line. All Employee ranks, train to respect & serve customers efficiently, politely & no prejudice...

This is also important- In case of PPF when matured why dony you transfer to NRO a/c and start deducting 30% from interest earned after maturing. These needs simplification and clear view to sort out these things if bank easily convert the existing a/c to NRO and transfer money to NRO . It may be possible that the confidence in system may allow to invest easily in INDIA. These needs fast attention before next pravasi divas.Should not take weeks.

What about opening or converting existing bank a/c ? Still bank ask for papers I do not understand why ?( Even SBI do not accept self attestation). When some body has his a/c before leaving the country and wants to convert In my opinion they should agree for request for updating on request only by email because in NRO a/c you deduct 30 % on interest income , if some one has to problem just do it.I request The Hon Modi ji to look in to it.
