HK Government give Driving License to India people if they have Indian Driving License without any Test. But they need to get Indian Driving License attested by Indian consulate in HK. When a person went to get the same attested to India consulate, they asked the person to get it attested from Indian Ministry of External Affairs. Judiciary must be made accountable specially Lower Judiciary and Trail courts. There is a provision to make the Judge, a party in an appellant Higher Court. But no punitive action, has ever been taken against the Judge whose Judgement got reverted by a Higher Court. When law is codified and evidence is same, then how can two Judicial officers, have two views on the same piece of evidence. It would not only prevent corruption in Lower Judiciary, but also make Judicial officers more accountable.
