SIR I have a detailed plan of action that can ensure sustainable development overall. Its a proven project with a lots of data validating the efficiency of it. Generally its enhancing the environmental, social development by reducing crime, poverty, social imbalance. It will be providing a basis for development of the nation by involving every citizen to contribute. we have been approaching the government of India as well and also many others. Its based upon the RBE MODEL but its modified one. We are against money so won't charge even a penny. it will be free. It will be our honour to help. do contact if you find it interesting

NRI's can participate in cultural events and international festivals, which can be found in most schools/ neighborhoods in ones area. Most important is all it is important to not break the law and be law abiding citizens to promote ones country and to gain a good reputation for the country.

Embassies need to be Indian friendly. Have people in India answer telephones- customer service for all embassies all over. Hire people who can speak major languages from all over the world. Enable all children of Indian diaspora to learn Hindi. Dialogue like this is a great first step.

the govt has to just open the gates 24/7 of the embassies or consulates for the common people living abroad, organise wkly meetings, make them register in the embasies, give voting rights to NRIs, need to learn from a small country like phillipines, they just pay a small yrly payment for legal assistance,no employer dares to mess with them.even on important days like 26jan or15aug days,we r greeted with a board outside our embassies{NO ADMISSION WITHOUT PERMISSION},we need 2 chng this culture

Communicate opportunities and encourage NRI’s to be a part of the Nations rebuild process by sharing their skills and knowledge. Many of them would love to be a part of the development process by sharing ideas, bringing overseas know how, applying best governance practices and investing Capital. Embassies can play a vital role by promoting Indian culture and values. And also can advertise available opportunities in India through media , various Indian religious, business associations.

Best way to promote our Culture is to educate our young children's about our tradition, festival, culture. All NRI should join in every community events where we display INDIA and Indian culture such as, all indian festival, independent day celebration etc.

Word of mouth is the best advertisement. It starts from the top, every member/worker at indian consulates/embassies across the globe is a promoter hence he/she must be well versed with soft skills. They must treat their fellow Indians with kindness and empathy. Just start simple. Clean the face of India overseas.

JOB CREATION: I have been a frequent traveler to various religious and tourist places. I believe tourism sector is having huge opportunity for JOB CREATION. Tourism industry in unexploited in India. India has got so many mind blogging place to go, but those places are mismanaged especially public washrooms, toilets and garbage bins are poorly managed. Due attention may be given to develop and clean public toilets so as to attract more tourist consequently it will lead to job creation.
