Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will share his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ with the farmers of India on 22nd March 2015.

The Prime Minister is very keen to interact with his farmer sisters and brothers across India and would also like to hear their thoughts, ideas and insights on a wide range of issues relating to agriculture. He has requested farmers across India to write to him and send letters to ‘Mann Ki Baat, Akashvani, Sansad Marg, Delhi – 110001’. Some farmers can ask the Prime Minister their question directly during the episode.

MyGov also gives you all this wonderful opportunity to contribute through ideas and inputs for the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ episode with India’s hardworking farmers.

The PM has repeatedly said that India cannot progress until the farmers of the Nation progress and has assured that the Centre will leave no stone unturned in ensuring the agricultural progress of India.

Dear Modi ji,I am Masoon Ahmad Beig from Nusso Quazigund Kashmir, sir My question to you is that why farmers of the Jammu and Kashmir are provided with low standard or duplicate fertilizers and pesticides which have resulted in degredation of agriculture sector of state,Do you not think that for prosperous jammu and Kashmir that there is a need to curb such things, and what is your govt doing to stop such disastrous things.

i strongly believe that beside of providing farmer great life to begin their good days , there should be strong workforce management so that they don't get laziness inside themselves; jut like in some states there is facility of providing one rupee rice till 25kgs in one month, then comes lesser willingness towards working hard.

Sir As your vision towards making smart cities, please think about making smart villages. Where farmer don't only farm but along with it they should encourage to do organic farm, pisciculture etc. Government should aware them and also it's our responsibility to aware them then only government fund can prevent suicide and fund will not be wasted. Otherwise you will provide many fund and it will be wasted. So the key factors are AWARENESS , EDUCATION And RESPONSIBILTY.

in continuation with above,it should be underlined that all of the above individuals such as foreman, fisherman, fitter and many other actually working for them self or for a particular organisation. On the other hand FARMERS are working for the others( Nation). Then why is it so, that society respect those who are working for them selves but society ignored or hate or under estimate other which are actually for society itself! such as farmers. When a day will come for society to FARMERS.
