Grass compensation is already given in some state for feeding of cattles.Previously in India the opinions of farmers was also not taken if the unfurtile land is aquired for important projects. In new land aquisition bill provision can be made to take opinion of farmers if the furtile(upjawoo) land is to be aquired.for unfurtile land opinion doesnt require. If the matter still not solved let the farmers decide what theywant? Poverty or development kisano ko garibee chahiye ya saridhi.let them vote

To stop the suicide among farmers we must raise their hope in life and show to them that we care.
We should organise entertainment and not only monotonous discourses as campaign to save the farmer. We can celebrate next three years as Kisan Gaurav Parv to eliminate psychological depression with action like interest free loan, get together & food for farmers etc. Liberal funds including from MLA/MP funds can be made available for such events to remove sadness from farmers' life.

Respected Modiji
I am resident of Yavatmal dist. which is infamous for farmer suicides. Farmer's yield is mostly affected by the climate change. I request you to urge the farmers not to cut old Mango trees in their fields as it works 24X7X365 to sequastrate the carbon thru photosynthesis, which is the root cause of Climate Change.
You certainly can participate them in the global fight agnst. Climate Change by appealing thru. MANN KI BAAT. Thank You & Shubh Samvatsar.
We r wth U in yr mission.

Also education is the major issue there and i think it's across India with respect to govt. schools and if we can give it in big way then definitely this can be overcome by huge margin.
Good education is must for everything including Farming.

I think Crops should be given the same treatment as Liquor, i.e. Govt. should be the 1st buyer of Crops and should be distributed to licensed distributors at a fixed price. There should be MRP fixed. This will ensure Farmers get the right price, no overstocking and black marketing can be controlled.
