All over the world women sit on a stool or chair with a hole cut in the seat so that the sit looks like a commode. The nurse stands in front and receives baby.Mother can hold a rope hanging from top.
They can choose to stand holding the rope. Baby can be received from front or back

Better child birth 5
When women lie down, baby does not come out by own weight. Mother has to push it out. This is difficult, & painful. It takes longer time, & effort. It is bad for baby and mother. Many then need operation.Yet many babies and women die.
Women suffer. They never enjoy this. Liberate them from labour pains. Let them enjoy child birth by asking them to sit or stand for delivery. All women in west sit or stand and deliver.

Better child birth care 4
Dr.Prabodh Joshi of Shirdi Maharashtra has written a book on his own experience of few thousand sitting deliveries. All going to shirdi Must visit his joshi Hospital next to sai mandir.
Women easily give birth to a child while standing ( or sitting).Baby bag (uterus) is placed inside mother's body with its body up & mouth below. With pains the mouth opens and baby comes out by own weight. Women enjoy this child birth. They would have a dozen babies earlier.

Improve child birth care at zero cost as follows 3
Sitting is the way most women give birth to baby at home in rural India even today.I saw one documentary film on African tribes on t.v.One woman had labour pains. She stood, held one creeper by one hand & gave birth to a baby. She received baby by another hand.
Then she comfortably walked back and mixed with her tribe. No suffering, no fatigue at all.
If you want to enjoy child birth, sit or stand & give birth to a child.See videos

Improve child birth care at zero cost as follows 2
Listen to what 2 sisters told me."We enjoyed child birth when we sat and gave birth to a baby.We suffered with pains when we lied down for delivery. One of them actually needed Caesarian Section on earlier occasion.Next time she sat & "delivered"."I enjoyed child birth " she wrote a letter and told me.
I have met many mothers who sat, delivered & enjoyed. Is there one woman who lied down for child birth & did not suffer?.

Mr PM
I was present at the NASSCOM event yesterday and thanks for inspiring speech and your guidance.
One of the major reasons of deaths in children is incomplete vaccinations.
We have developed a software to track and remind people of these vaccinations. However when we reached out to few hospitals they appreciated the idea but said they would prefer a software created by some Big Giant IT company.
Can you please facilitate us to offer this to the country and make a difference.
