Our country has made significant progress in bringing down the number of death among children below 5 years. However the number of child deaths is still very high. Children are particularly vulnerable to malnutrition and infectious diseases, many of which can be prevented and managed with appropriate timely interventions. Through this platform Department of Health Research/ Indian Council of Medical research invites suggestions, views, best practices, innovative ideas to be tested through research to improve health of children and prevent avoidable deaths.

Sir…One month back I had suggested for Income tax benefit , (similar to tax exemption on home loan) for people financially supporting their aging / ailing parents. By sending them money to their Banlk account or by keeping them together. As this will secure financial support the old aged people. But post was deleted within 5 minutes of posting….Once again good luck to salaried people on 28th Feb….

To whom it may concern. S.N.Ganapathi. 155,..*th Main Road, Sankarankovil.627756. Tirunelveli Dist. Tamil Nadu. mobile No. 9994638863, JI. I designed a simple mechanism for the train toilet. which we fit it in the existing tiolet outlet pipes..when the train achive 50 to 60 km speed the mechanism shutter opens and drain....in out side of the station. if you are interested please reply i will send the diagram. if you arrange funds for i will prepare a proto type..

It is very important to take call on the procedure of Department of "CIBIL", It's found that Numbers of Individuals are not getting Loans or there files get rejected just becoz of Name in CIBIL and maxm cases of Small Credit Cards & P.L. Cards, P.L.are paid then also CIBIL don't removes the names. It suggestion if any dues which is paid or settled and paid and reflecting in CiBIL might be automatically removed after a fix duration,bcoz banks never ask CIBIL to remove after getting payments also.

Need to improvement in food security bill and provides atleast 50% more concentration on child's food products specially milk and fruits and grains.. Followed my health services specially needed improvements in villages and urban areas .to prevents deaths needs some special researches like other country like USA , Japan specially ...

I have seen people suffering from various diseases due to various reasons.Many a times we do not know what medicines to take or test to take, It will be a great thing if govt starts giving medical education right from class 4th the books which medical students study in MBBS course a lot of text can be presented since class 4 that children study.By the time person is in 12th he would have covered entire MBBS course.Every person coming out of class 12th that way would have acquired MBBS knowledge.

children deaths mostly happens in rural areas due to unavailibility of good hospitals. In rural areas if good hospitals are available it is situated for away from villages.And also not facility of government ambulance.and if ambulance facility available then uneducated peoples from villages are not aware how to use that facility. According to my view there must be conduct motivational program to villagers and specially include womens in that. It will aware peoples.

Dear PM Sir, I read about the green light given to field trials for GM crops in India and am deeply concerned. EU, UK, Australia and Japan have banned GM crops and are encouraging organic cultivation. It's frustrating to see that India is not learning from it. Monsanto are known to drive farmers bankrupt even if the farmer is not at fault. I hope good sense prevails and the right decision is taken.
