मैं यंत्रो के माध्यम से बोल सकता हूँ किन्तु इन यंत्रों और उसे शरीर में लगाने के आपरेशन में काफी खर्च होता है जो एक आम आदमी के बस की बात नहीं है. मेरा निवेदन केवल मेरे लिए नहीं है वरन इस प्रकार के सभी मरीजों के लिए है. ऐसे कैंसर मरीज जो यंत्रों के माध्यम से प्रायः सामान्य जीवन बिता सकते हैं , के लिए आर्थिक मदद की व्यवस्था सरकार को करनी चाहिए. अभी सरकार केवल रेल किराये में रियायत दे रही है और इसके लिए सभी कैंसर मरीज सरकार के आभारी हैं . जब कोई मरीज चेक अप के लिए मुंबई या दिल्ली जाता है तो .. जारी.

कारण कैंसर के कारण मुझे कोई नौकरी नहीं देता. अछूत की तरह बर्ताव होता है. मैं बनारस के एक प्रतिष्ठित अखबार में स्थायी नौकरी करता था किन्तु मुझे इस्तीफ़ा देने को मजबूर किया गया. तब मेरी उम्र केवल ५० साल थी. मुझे १००० रूपये पेंशन मिलती है तथा २००० रूपये एल आई सी पेंशन के मिलते हैं . आज मेरी उम्र ६४ साल है और आपरेशन के बाद के १४ साल एक त्रासदी की तरह हैं . मेरी जो जमा पूंजी थी वह इलाज और आपेरेशन में ख़त्म हो गए और अब मुझे साल में दो बार मुंबई चेक अप के लिए जाना पड़ता है. जो काफी खर्चीला है. जारी

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मैं कैंसर का मरीज हूँ और मैं कैंसर मरीजों की समस्यायों की और आपका ध्यान आकृष्ट करना चाहता हूँ. २००१ में मेरा आपरेशन मुंबई में हुआ था . मेरा स्वर यंत्र निकाल दिया गया है जिससे मैं बोल नहीं पाता. यदि मैं शराब, गुटका, पान बीडी सिगरेट आदि का सेवन करता होता तो मुझे इस बात का संतोष होता कि यह नरक मैं अपने कुकर्मों की वजह से भोग रहा हूँ. मैंने कभी किसी नशा का भी सेवन नहीं किया . आपरेशन के १४ साल हो गए और मैं शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ होने के बावजूद हताश हूँ. जारी....

1.Pneumonia, Malaria, Diarrhoea are the main causes of death in under five category
2. Prevention,protection form mosquitoes and reaching on time to medial health provider for treatment will save lives
3.Washing hands before touching/handling the baby is vital
4.Walkers with wheels (Prone to accidents especially on staircase) to be banned
5.Keeping all hazards like chemicals/Phenol/Pesticides/Insecticides/knives etc.away from reach of kids
6.No crowded places to avoid accidents/stampede

1. Communication-Contact details of all new parents to be taken by the hospital. Central health ministry to timely communicate any kind of contagious health issues doing rounds along with symptoms.Timely communication will make them seek medical help at the right time
2.Car seats for infants/babies to be made mandatory
3.Potential causes of SIDS (Sudden infant death syndrome) to be shared with new parents
4.Neighbourhood to take special measures to have barricades around wells/borewells

1.All hospitals/maternity clinics to be issued a Pictorial representation in Vernacular language about preventive care and steps to be taken to prevent accidents/deaths in children
2.Month wise food plan, supplements,vaccination plan to be shared to ensure right nutrition
3.Tetanus shots to be given
4.Visuals for Baby proofing the house, safety from fire,electrical and water hazards to be communicated
5.Importance of breastfeeding,hygiene,avoiding crowds to stay away from infection

There is 10 train connecting Mumbai to Patna some is daily or some is connecting weekly, But for Gaya there is only 2 train one is running daily and other one is weekly.If our government take little initiative then scenario can change totally and not only it's connect our main tourist attraction of Bihar, but it also benefited 25 lakhs people
who are living these area.

Teachers play an important role in taking out the exam phobia from children there should be no discremenation among children, weak students should be given more attension but alas vice versa happens nation can grow only with children and teachers have to palay impoartant role in that.
