Conventional education alone cannot meet the needs and aspiration of higher education. What proactive policies and strategies need to be devised and developed to encourage online education and overcome any implementation issues which are currently hindering its optimization? Also how can we strengthen ODL systems so as to ensure their quality and gain greater acceptability?

Most of the family surviving in the society have a daughters only &her father is a sole earner either service class, businesspeople, professionals & farmers.Being daughter's parents they remained anxious & cautious. Most of them not in a capacity to provide proper education due to uncertain income. even their daughters have a caliber.Anyhow parents arrange money for their marriage despite continuing her daughters education. In my suggestion govt.make a slab of income of their parents.

• If any intention to actually revive the schooling system, then- Children of government employee, leader or person, getting government salary or pension, should be prohibited from taking education in private schools & foreign country (except when either parent posted there). This will ensure that government officials view schools as learning place & not only earning place. Understand, its not even debatable. “The Greatest enemy of Knowledge is not ignorance, its illusion of knowledge”

• As an option we may totally privatize the schooling system up to class 10. Various option to ensure that each & every child is given 10 Years of education may be worked out. But present “Khichari” system is producing beggar class and no way “Healthy & self esteemed” citizen. Tuition fee for such children may be paid from their loan allowance.

• In lieu of present mid day “Khichari“, boiled whole grain such as gram, maize, moong, masoor, groundnut etc. different grain each working day. This will require only wetting & boiling of the grain. Nutrition wise single whole grain is better than mixture of grain & khichari, provided day wise we change the grain

To improve education system in government school up to class 10, consider following- • Its amazing to note that even para teachers do not bring their kids to school in which they teach, (Reason- this place is not for learning, its running to provide mid day meals etc). Further noted that children having drunkard father or something of similar condition only goes to government school. Even daily labor (with limited alcoholic drink) is sending their wards to private schools.

• Malign practice of student intake thru Management/ NRI quota will not make sense. Examination will be same for all & passing impossible for sophist (lacking knowledge of subject but talking volumes). • With present physical infrastructure we may have 2 times more hard working students registering, completing practical session IIT/NITs and passing. We will be able to reduce outflow of mediocre students to foreign country & save foreign currency.
