Reduce corruption in Higher Education by making payment of all kind of fees online mandatory. Private HE institutions ask huge amount of money for donation. Other than that there are comparatively smaller amount of money that gets collected in the name of "Exam fee", "practical fee" etc. All these fees are paid through traditional cash and carry basis. Such collections amount to most illegal earnings of the owner. Make it mandatory for payment of all fees online to curb corruption in Education.

Wrong Practices at IITs: Profs at IITs are becoming "Tanasah".In industry sponsored project they should recruit Research Assistant. instead of doing that they are allotting entire work to M.S./M.tech student and hence taking extra time to complete the degree. They are doing corruption of money saved. It should be given to RA or M.Tech/ M.S. student. This is going on at IIT Kanpur.

Wrong Practices at Indian Institute of Technologies:
Prof. at IIT are now a days becoming like "Tanasah". They have educational autonomy. They are misusing that power. They should recruit Research Assistant in Sponsored by Industry. Instead what they are doing they will give entire work to M.Tech/M.S. student to save the money to be given to RA. Hence, taking extra time for M.S. or M.tech degree to complete. They will do corruption of the money given to RA. This is happening largely at IIT K.

There must be a system for Medical Institutes. All Hospital, be it public or private, must register in such system use it to operate the institution.
What will this system do:

2. Looking at expenses and profit of Hospital
3. Generate Invoice based on Actual Medicine value, Room Charges & Service charges based on expenses of hospital etc.

in my view qualified private working persons are required to take the initiatives on govt department on contract basis with any written test but only performance basis persons
all govt employee are mentally free regarding salary so they cannot want to work physically and performs overthere
i m also working in private engg college from last 14 years .i can said that private job working persons are more performing rather than govt worker

These scams, most of them unearthed by the Central Bureau of Investigation, involve huge sums running into thousands of crores. They have shaken the entire conscience of the country to the bones. The law enforcing agencies are seeking the help of the judicial process to bring the culprits to book. The judicial system however, is full of flaws and the culprits do not find it very difficult to cleverly escape the legal net.
