Every person on this Earth is having different skill and talent's but it is not nurtured properly. if from the childhood level we put special focus on each and every child then we can bring out lots of skill and talent's. we should enhance this talents irrespective of caste Creed religion birth or region. if properly guided from childhood level and make use of it for country development then there will be nothing short in the country. Some dirty minded political people are not giving chance to poor talented people to come up and show their talents at public forum. so my request to honourable prime minister of India Shri Narendra Modiji to appoint kind hearted and sincere officer for this work. and it should keep totally out of control from local politics 🙏🙏

We need to start skilling our youth from colleges. Its time we shift to college 2.0 or building subject specific college. We have been following on system in which at bechlor level, we only teaches general things. for example, a engineering college have multiple stream such as ECE, CS, IT, chemical, mechanical, etc. and each stream only teaches general concept of technology. We need to redefine courses like, Specialist colleges in ECE or CS or IT and then sub-categorized these streams in different technologies. For example, Degree should be given as b.tech in telecommunication, b.tech in data science, b.tech in satellite communication, etc. rather than currently given as b.tech in ECE, B.tech in CS.
