sir skill India has been a very successful exercise with major participation from all stakeholders. however strict rules need to be put in place to ensure payment of govt prescribed basic minimum wages to skilled and unskilled workers on a daily basis.

The government has to start free training programs in respect of the resources available i.e. local crafts etc. in particular areas of the country especially in the villages to develop the local people as independent vendors. Also, provide a platform to all of them to sell your product through it. It should be implemented not on paper but at the ground level with a proper supervision mechanism.

Train government officers first on different technologies. The overall public administration will be faster if government provides necessary technical education to their employees.

The infrastructure and overall system management of private companies is good in India. This infrastructure can be used by schools, colleges and other technical education institutions to train students.
