The newly built corporation should ensure laying of piped underground drainage system in newly added areas of corporation (specially in areas of original RGM), similar to that of KMC or earstwhile Salt Lake areas. Mosquito-borne diseases will be decreased and the streets and roads will be widended minimising the number of accidents. Please ensure the optimisation of health facilities as far as service and infrastructures are concerned.

I am residing at Deshabandhunagar, Baguiati near sahapara, Kol 59, where we used to see water logging every year. Water is coming to our house. This is the situation in light rain or heavy rain. Every body know that over the year, but no solutions have been taken so far. We are eagerly expecting from our new corporation that they will give relief from this horrific situation. This is the request to our corporation if you take some necessary steps then we will be grateful.

Providing the best governance to the people under this corporation. The satisfying and the smiling face to everyone should be the goal of the newly formed corporation.

Road and Drain both should be built in the front side of houses in a lane in interior locality, like Bimannagar in Kaikhali. Drain should never be made in a narrow passage created by two rows of houses at their back sides. No proper and scientific drainage system is there in our locality Bimannagar. We want to get rid of this problem soon through Smart Bidhannagar! Thanks.

Concrete or bituminous road along with proper drainage system should be provided with a planned way. There are few drains carrying waste water in our locality - Bimannagar (Kaikhali) - have been pouring that dirty water into a narrow passage between the back portions of two rows of houses and no one can get access that drain to pull out garbage from it, which causes severe environmental pollution and facilitates diseases like dengue, malaria, etc. from stagnant polluted water.

I live in ward no. 14 now but previously it was in ward no. 20 under RGM. I think our ward is most backward than rest of the wards.Till now we are not getting the facility of Tap water (Although some area are covered with Tap Water in this ward).Besides this We have not get House No. (Till we mention "VILLAGE" in our address),Lack of drainage system,Transportation is very very poor (only one bus route 30C or 30C/1) but Hatiara to Yatragachi there was no bus communication. No mosquito oil or blea

It seems very ridiculous and unsmart way of making Salt Lake as mart city by covering main road crossing with white Canvas! Any initiative which creates problem to tax payer public and increases the chances of accidents and create trouble to office goers, specially the senior citizens? To cover such a long stretch in order to cross road is a tedious and time consuming. So we would like to draw attention of the authority to put off those canvas at earliest andprovide more facilitiesto make it smart.
