Respected sir,
can you please help people who are in Jail for "false dowry" cases because i beleive 75% of people in jail are for dowry cases.
My brother z in jail from last 14months, aligations are made by inlaws that they gave 3lakh dowry and the husband was demanding another 50,000 and a bike. All this is false. And as per law they should get punished if they are accepting that they have given dowry. His and like him thousands of person's life n.future are almost ended because of this.

Hello. just wanted to share one idea. We in India are 120 crore people. Imagine if we have a way by which we can collect 1 Rupee per month from every individual weather rich or poor, weather beggar or a millionaire. By this we can accumulate 120 crore rupees every month and which can be used in building schools for the children who cant afford. I don't think even a beggar will have a problem giving 1 rupee per month and in return his/her child will get education, meal and shelter.

I strongly suggest to related authorities to provide FACE MASK to all full time sweepers
to protect DUST in their breathing and a SUN CAP to protect direct sun light on face and eyes.

Development of rural population should be more emphasised as about 68-70% of our population lives in villages. Their development will create more demand from rural masses & lead to set up of more manufacturing units which is highly essential to provide employment to our youth.Over the years, our contribution of manufacturing has gone down in GDP....which is better understood by present government. CONGRATSSS...for a tilt in policy & making INDIA towards self reliant by programme-MAKE IN INDIA.

JUDICIARY...our judiciary is one pillar out of four pillars of our NATION. But feeling very depressed when we consider the state of affairs. Many laws are still in force although they hv lost their importance in present context.Review of laws should be a constant ongoing exercise rond the year . New laws / modifications are required before a mesh is created. We can think of double shifts working in certain areas to get better usage of infrastructure & helping in clearing the backlogs.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT the slogan of Sh. Modi ji. All engineers/ technologists don't work on machines but they guide the skilled forces. Therefore, at NATIONAL LEVEL a SKILL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION can be set like UGC. Subsequently, each state can develop a
SKILL UNIVERSITY & create courses as per their demand-industry based in that state, agriculture requirements, services requirements etc. Existing ITI'S can be modified on these grounds.Detailed studies are required at each district level too.

As per data of finance ministry report, thousands crores rupees of taxes lie in litigation due to umbiguity in explanation of law. When the laws will be made easy to understand, without any doubts? I feel, special courts should be enacted by the government to recover this money at faster pace & give a message too, to the people indulging in such acts. or the collection machinery.Litigation takes years to get the solution & till that time, funds are not collected.

The materials/ things which are used by majority of population should be considered first for stream lining the taxation-excise/custom/vat. It gives a direct benefit at the customer level & therefore, major chunk of population gets satisfied & leaves an impression on minds of public. But to generate revenue is also important for development work. Therefore, items of primary usage/ rural mass can be taxed lower; items of secondary usage can be moderately taxed: items of luxary can be taxed at higher

AGRICULTURE INCOME TAXATION- Presently agriculture income is not taxed although this class enjoys a host of subsidies. Therefore, this class of population too should be taxed like all other indian citizens-why make their income tax free. It is also like a business involving raw materials, land, labour to produce a final product-crop.
