Most of unemployed Indian women constitutes of housewife. Though they play important part in running society by building character and teaching good habits and nourishing their children, they are dependent on others financially and are also unproductive consumers.By making khadi clothes not only they become self-employed but also can earn money becoming productive consumers and much of rural women's miseries can be mitigated.

Sir I suggest to remove the evil of socialism in the country which means giving things for free without any work. Subsidy, government jobs all forms of evil socialism. Subsidy should be linked to training to get a job and government should privatize the entire government companies and let private sector rationalize the workforce.
If you do this now then by the time 5 years are up , lot of investment will come and people will get jobs. Otherwise economy will weaken at end of 5 years.

Most important thing for any business to sustain is sales and profit. So for Khadi products, best designs, marketing and supply chain is needed. Just how Modi kurta has made a statement, we need khadi styles to make an impression. Innovation through design for khadi is neede, jeans/denim for that matter has created a trend, designers and marketing guru can do similar for khadi products. Brand image for khadi products would create demand and employment, women can be empowered through this skills.

WE think that in URBAN AREAS there are many opportunities of employment for women in comparision with rural areas. So the RURAL WOMEN EMPLOYMENT THROUGH KHADI is the most advisable attempt for the development of our RURAL AREAS AS WELL AS RURAL WOMEN.
