Abolish management quota in colleges and have one common entrance exam for private universitie. Ban student unions in colleges and invest more on scientific research research.

Rural and corporation schools have no teachers at all and infrastructure is extremely shabby. Make B.Ed mandatory for teachers and upgrade infrastructure of government schools. Kendriya Vidhyala model should be implemented in government schools across the country. Involve corporates and NGO's as govt has failed miserably in managing education.

Triple the salary if government school teachers and equate state boards to CBSE curriculum. Private sector and NGO's should be involved in running ieducational nstitutions. 67 years since independence and still standards of government schools are a complete sham like we saw the mass cheating happening in Bihar. Every state should have a Teacher training university and education should by made compulsory till 12th grade. I hope Modi government reads the comments and takes action accordingly.

we are making a chain system and our first target is to make rohtak 100% literate in 1 year and every student goes to school. our main motto is to choose children from slum area and children are not capable to go to school due to physical and social reasons and specially those financially not capable and migrants and from slum and workers child becouse every child have right to learn and make his/her dream true and then admit to them to the nearest govt. school

Autonomy to schools in regard to teacher recruitment should be given, this will result in competition and schools will vie for taking in the best teachers to have a grade.

Make some rule that even private school teachers should be paid a good salary by the administration and give the teachers the target of good results.
If possible all private schools may be taken over by government and run with good rewards to the teaching community against good results.
A separate team of staff need to be deployed for managing midday meals, cleanliness, usage of toilets, maintaining infrastructure, house keeping, etc. teachers should be revealed from this.

Both central and state is investing huge in infrastructure but it is not being utilized properly and maintained. In private school the administration will allow any one inside the school premises to check the condition of toilets. Our kids are telling its worst than public toilets.

Sir, i feel we have given less attention on selection of good teachers. Teaching profession should be made more attractive with good pay pack even in private schools. They should be made accountable for maintaining the school infrastructure well and proper utilization. Many schools even there are toilets teachers ask the wards to go out for defecation because lack of cleaning staff and sufficient water for it.
