There is a great need to make huge changes in Education policy of our country. First of all the infrastructure of government should be change. Corporates must be involved for their upliftment. Management quota should be abolished so that there admission without donations. Quantumn of books should be less in the school.Introducing 2 to 4 books of one subject will not improve the child's learning capacity. A check on fees structure of school.

There needs to be greater autonomy for schools and principals. Kendriya Vidyalaya has been a successful model in providing education. It is facilitated by the Government but is autonomous in its management. Why cant we build a similar replica across all government schools in India? Also, why cant NGO and Private sector not participate in bringing about more efficient management of the school functioning?

Schools should have one Admin officer for each school preferably an ex-service man. 100% success of School Management Committee should be ensured by him. he should be the one controlling attendance . all calss rooms be covered with CC Cameras and the teaching be monitored by montoring team and identify not fit teachers and transfer to clerical posts. only enthusiastic teachers be in teaching field. soft schools be developed

RIGHT TO EDUCATION IF TRUELY IMPLEMENTED LETTER TO THE SPIRIT IS REALLY A GREAT HELP. School Management committee really need to play a vital role so we need to strengthen SMCs. but its fully failure in 99.99% schools. even in .001% SMC successful also not allowed to take desicion they are asked to just sign. for eg in East Godavari dist unform being stitched by DRDA center three general sizes whch will not be sizefitted for atleast 80% students . SMC can do nothing they are asked to sign.

value based education can only be possible if the teachers are really value based. for eg. a teacher who comes school in time can only ensure students attendence in time. if teacher wears an uniform student aslo wears. if teacher respect other teachers and hm , student respects teacher. involvement and dedication inspires. so teaching post should not be on the reservation basis, but value and talent basis. prioviding atleast three months trg to teachers in military trg camps.trg schools helps

My idea is to reduce expense on education. 1) Every year the sylabus gets updated and the all the books need reprinting. This require lot of trees as well as money. Parents too get extra load. 2) Why there are lot of charges under various heads of Application form fee, Admission fee, yearly, monthly fees and fee of every activity. even LKG becomes expensive than engineering these days. There should be a check. 3) Why need private schools, when Govt schools are everywhere, make them stronger.
