Text books published by NCERT shall be made compulsory in all CBSE Schools of private management.Mandatory directions shall be given to school management to reduce the weight of School bags. The gross weight of text books + note books+ Tiff in + water bottle shall not exceed 5 kilograms or 25% of the body weight. Fee levied by the private schools have no rationale as it is exorbitant. A national agency may monitor and assess the CBSE /ICSE schools to ensure a student friendly approach.

Sir,There is a need to put in place a School Quality Assessment and Accreditation System to cover all aspects of school functioning, and all schools should have same syllabus and books because every private schools have their own publishers who give them more commission on books on principle higher the commission higher the book rate. these books are only available in particular school only. that leads to more burden on parents.
Syllabus and books should be same in every school

There must be only one board exam, that too in 11th std ,as well as every school must have classes till 12std.Preparation of students for competitive exams must be the priority of the school authorities & 12th std must be kept as a extra year for the same purpose. Our primary education must make students not just mug up printers but practicality oriented students with good understanding of concepts at their level

The quality of education is the need of the hour especially in government schools of Kerala as the teaching quality is very much poor when compared to other syllabus elementary education system need to strengthened with a good curiculum designed. All poor bright students should compete with the international students with the same confidence like others.Attendence should be strictly marked, neat and clean amenities and learning environment.Theory and Practical learning proces should go parallel .

(1) make a unified national portal for advertising vacant post in public/UGC funded school/college/University, ensure advertisement is published well-before the date of Interview (adv. in a local news paper is not good enough), appoint UGC nominated expert/confidential-external for all the post (for transparency in appointment at all level) , (2) use an online portal with rate contract for smooth procurement of office, teaching, and research items, (3) Exam should not affect class, no holiday.

In kerala each govt is competing to get SSLC(class10)marks and result to 100%by relaxing question and pouring in grace mark whereas the CBSE students facing tough indirect questions are punished by a reduction in marks by govt.So CBSE students are set aside in state Plus2 admissions.A realistic norm in standardising various board marks is urgently needed. Also a 10 mark reduction per chance for medical entrance repetition is needed for to save poor bright students unable to pay entrance fee

currently most schools are poorly monitored. Have a standardised system to assess schools. schools must upload monthly reports on their website. If stakeholders find discrepancies they can approach the authorities
