India Science (www.indiascience.in) is an Internet-based science Over-The-Top (OTT) TV channel. It is an initiative of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt of India , implemented and managed by Vigyan Prasar (VP), an autonomous organisation of Department of Science and Technology. This 24x7 video platform is dedicated to science and technology knowledge dissemination, with a strong commitment to spreading scientific awareness especially with Indian perspectives, ethos and cultural milieu. The initiative is supported by National Council of Science and Technology Communication (NCSTC), DST.

Science and Technology are the main driving forces of the nation and fundamental to the progress and growth. But there is a distinct difference between “science” and “scientific”.

Respected Sir/Madam, According my view, Science is the way of learning things from nature directly but process of the scientific involves making conjectures (hypotheses), deriving predictions from them as logical consequences, and then carrying out observations based on those predictions. Since my son did arrangement.,when there is a science there is a compulsorily initiate the scientific process like build blocs through observation when my son made it. THanks for watching video.

Indian Sceintist temperament can be judged by contributions from ancient times. In last two decades Indian science temperament was pushed down due to poor monitoring & extensions of old. Young fellows wait for salary for months & their family pressure on financial support unimaginable. The policy of scientific need to the Country casually defined. In absence of such Many young are disappointed inspite they want to make country proud, New mentor ship / guide-ship reforms are need of hour.

Not quite sure why they are so fixed at the “whole viral vs viral fragments” bit. Quite frankly they want the paper to be more precise when they themselves are not. Of course this does not detect the whole virus, it detects transcripts of the virus. Is there a published paper that shows parts of transcripts “floating” into people? If you can detect part of it, then at some point there has been an intact virus present. How else would that transcript be there? You cannot get half a virus in, can y

worldwide misdiagnosis of infections attributed to SARS-CoV-2 and associated with the disease COVID-19. We are confronted with stringent lockdowns which have destroyed many people’s lives and livelihoods, limited access to education and these imposed restrictions by governments around the world are a direct attack on people’s basic rights and their personal freedoms, resulting in collateral damage for entire economies on a global scale.

3. Two misleading pitfalls in the Corman-Drosten paper are that their Table 1 does not include Tm-values (annealing-temperature values), neither does it show GC-values (number of G and C in the sequences as %-value of total bases).

2. It is the general consensus to write genetic sequences always in the 5’-3’ direction, including the reverse primers. It is highly unusual to do alignment with reverse complementary writing of the primer sequence as the authors did in figure 2 of the Corman-Drosten paper. Here, in addition, a wobble base is marked as “y” without description of the bases the Y stands for.

MINOR CONCERNS WITH THE CORMAN-DROSTEN PAPER 1. In Table 1 of the Corman-Drosten paper, different abbreviations are stated – “nM” is specified, “nm” isn’t. Further in regards to correct nomenclature, nm means “nanometer” therefore nm should read nM here.

first of all when we are learning science or maths we have to understand one thing that maths is the language of science.And secondly connecting the dots in such a way that everyone feel about the use of that subject in daily life so that a connection with real from reel(textbook)is established in our mind.And thirdly living life with reading life happiness nature science all are correlated.Even science is one way to understand or express the nature in terms of human understanding.

There should be a Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) available SOP unequivocally specifies the above parameters, so that all laboratories are able to set up the exact same test conditions. To have a validated universal SOP is essential, because it enables the comparison of data within and between countries.
