How scientific temper is built when a 25-28 year old PhD scholar who has given all his youth dedicated to nation struggle to get his or her scholarship from government. Phd scholars may have brilliant mind but we also do eat. Not receiving fellowship from since last 9 months and even the funding agency turn blind eye towards his/her numerous request. We do suvive by begging money from a multinational company working friend.sir before anything feed your sceintist to be able for them to survive.

Science means Studying The Nature and I will say that being scientific means to be interested or to have passion to study science. And it also has one more meaning i.e. Anything that explains science is Scientific. So, I think they're completely related to each other. For Example, A Rocket . We use it to study the nature by launching various satellites to different planets and may be different galaxies in future too. So, it is science. And Rocket, used to study science, is Scientific.

science is something which should not be only taught by books or practical instead it should be taught from nature because nature is responsible for science.

The Indian National Science Congress Association is more than one hundred years old organization and thousands of papers must have been presented in various branches of sciences. I have attended two. With the success of "Digital India" movement, it is necessary now to put all those papers on a digital platform so that any body wants to refer to any paper is available at finger tip. This will give importance also to Indian publications and will help in the "Aatma Nirbhar Bharat" abhiyan.

Growing scientific temper among indians is only because now we all people want to do something different so that we can become mahashakti in world but this is'n true that we people are more scientific as we all know, Aryabhatta is the first of the great astronomers of the classical age of India. Similarly, The first scientist of India was Rishi Kanada who probably lived in the 6th century B.C. Kanada theorized that matter was made of atoms. science is the part of life whatever we see is science.
