भारतीय रेल्वे मे टिकिट की कालाबाजारी रोकने हेतु मेरा सुझाव है कि आरक्षित की गई टिकिट का निरस्तीकरण प्रभार कम से कम 50 प्रतिशत कर दिया जावे ताकि दलाल लोग टिकिट की कालाबाजारी नही कर सके।

Respected sir I would like to attract your attention on various government recruitment posts specially on SSC cgl exams group B posts. Sir many of the students in our country deprived of basic facility of education specially the rural poor and disadvantaged . Because of their deprived conditions they get late admission and sometimes fail in the exam . This lead to late completion of their graduation . In respect to GST refund, There should be set-off mechanism, any amount of excess tax paid of GST, it should be set off against the next period GST, but, if assesse claims the refund of excess GST paid, it should be refunded to the assesse directly in bank accounts.The claim refund should be made available in only yearly return of GST and not in monthly/qtly return, so,that any amount of set-off tax can be calculated with simple and easy method,without any confusion in refund.
