Dear Modiji, We speak about Smart Cities and Pune being added to one of the cities to be developed as part of Smart Cities. However I just want to let you know the reality of Government Companies. I am applying for a Broadband connection with BSNL almost every year and getting the feedback that related infrastructure is not available. I am getting this feedback for last 3-4 years and hoping to get the same this year as well. Are we going in right direction of being called as a Smart City?
