1. The yoga exercises should be made compulsory from class 3/ Standard 3 onwards in all schools till 12th Standard. 2. In all competitive exams at least 10 marks should be earmarked for yoga related questions. 3. Wherever physical test is involved some postures of yoga must be part of test and its command over it by the candidate should be criteria for selection. 4. All government job selection procedure not only questions in written exam but also the physical exercises test may be introduced. Even private companies should be encouraged to do so. By doing this the expenditure on medical will be reduced, healthy, happy and matured human resources will be available to serve the society / nation.

Yoga for Humanity creates content and experiences that bring together yoga, mindfulness, and sustainability. We believe that yoga isn’t just something you do on your mat – it’s a way of life. Yoga For Humanity approach is to wellness considers personal, social, and environmental well-being. Yoga is the ultimate act of harmony between one’s physical existence and spiritual conscience. The perfect synchronization between the mind and the body is known as yoga. More than a physical form of exercise, it is considered as a spiritual act that makes you aware of yourself. The deep introspection that we do when our mind is relaxed makes us feel connected to our inner selves. Yoga took shape in ancient India during the early Indus Valley civilizations. It became popular after it was documented in detail by the Hindu priests who originally practiced yoga. In India, Yoga has been adopted as a way of life rather than a form of exercise.

Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and scince of healthy living. The word 'Yoga' is derived from the Sanskrit root 'Yuj', meaning 'to join' or 'to yoke' or 'to unite.

Yoga allows you to find an inner peace that is not ruffled and riled by the endless stresses and struggles of life. “Yoga is a mirror to look at ourselves from within” अथः चित्तं समाधातुं न शक्नोषि मयि स्थिरम्। अभ्यासयोगेन ततो मामिच्छाप्तुं धनञ्जय।।
