This budget is totally focused on youth and skilled oriented budget for run economic growth of our country . Apprentice is a way to skilled youth for different type of industry .
1 Business oriented apprentice is a way to fullfill skilled man demand.
2 All technical College should be connect to industry for apprentice training .
3 An apprentice certificate should be included in college syllabus .
4 A proper policy should be formed for work as apprentice .time and salary should be fixed according to their work.
5 A apprentice grade should be given to all new freshers.

Many states, many problems in the economical growth point of view,
inequalities decrease not possible, because population growth raising, budgets allotments for various states, to various departments, sections "equalize" growth requires
there those have ranks each sections,...
Then we can each sections, states, ,... we can equalize as "power groups"
In those equalized power groups members shines, becomes as brands, can work as a group in some of development of things,..
➡ So for that system "ranking system" method is different
➡ for a work / project / a sector development purpose " group " selection is important
➡ So for that our theory "equalize"
Its made as a puzzle

Secretary (DPIIT) also emphasized the importance of enablers like adoption of the PM GatiShakti National Master Plan for integrated economic and infrastructure development including bridging of Critical Infrastructure Gaps, Support to States and the refinement of the financing framework for the Harmonized Master List.

I did my PhD on skills training 2007-16 from NITTTR Chennai.. major recommendation was train workers employed unemployed every year atleast for 20 days each year..that was my recommendations to the government see my thesis at PhD thesis, A study on effectiveness of training of construction workers in Tamilnadu, by Purushothaman,P. as scholar and Suresh, ESM. as Guide, 2014( The soft copy can be seen at shodganga website: http://hdl.handle.net/10603/191093

भू-माफिया एक ऐसा शब्द है जिसका उपयोग उन लोगों या समूहों के लिए किया जाता है जो अवैध रूप से किसी और की जमीन पर कब्जा कर लेते हैं। भारत के कई हिस्सों में, भू-माफिया एक व्यापक समस्या बन गई है, और बिहार कोई अपवाद नहीं है। भू-माफिया ने, भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों और राजनेताओं के अपने गठजोड़ के साथ, गरीबों के लिए उस जमीन तक पहुंच बनाना मुश्किल बना दिया है, जिसके वे हकदार हैं।
बिहार में गरीबों के सामने सबसे बड़ी समस्याओं में से एक साफ पानी तक पहुंच की कमी है। कई मामलों में, भू-माफियाओं ने जल निकायों पर अवैध रूप से कब्जा कर लिया है, जिससे लोगों को पीने और अन्य दैनिक जरूरतों के लिए साफ पानी तक पहुंच बनाना मुश्किल हो गया है। गरीबों को पानी लाने के लिए लंबी दूरी तय करनी पड़ती है और फिर भी अक्सर पानी दूषित हो जाता है।
इसके अलावा, भू-माफियाओं ने गरीबों के लिए स्कूलों और अस्पतालों जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाओं तक पहुंच बनाना भी मुश्किल बना दिया है। उन्होंने अवैध रूप से उस जमीन पर कब्जा कर लिया है जो स्कूलों और अस्पतालों के निर्माण के लिए थी, जिससे सरकार के लिए ये आवश्यक सेवाएं प्रदान करना मुश्किल हो गया।

बिहार, पूर्वी भारत का एक राज्य, कई वर्षों से भू-माफिया की एक बड़ी समस्या का सामना कर रहा है। भू-माफिया, अपराधियों का एक शक्तिशाली समूह, अवैध गतिविधियों की एक श्रृंखला में शामिल रहा है जैसे कि भूमि हड़पना, अतिक्रमण, और जबरन वसूली, अन्य। इससे बिहार के लोगों में भय और असुरक्षा का माहौल पैदा हो गया है।
