Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi addressed a webinar on implementation of Budget 2023-24 which has stood to be a youth-centric budget.
The budget focus on Apprenticeship training as it is one of the most sustainable model of skill development. The Hon’ble Prime Minister said, the new opportunities outlined in the budget will seamlessly integrate the ‘World of Education', the ‘World of Skills’ and the ‘World of Work’. And a milestone initiative towards creation of a more vibrant and participative apprenticeship training ecosystem in the country is the support that will be extended to 47 lakh youth in 3 years through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) under the pan-India National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS).

The key announcements in the Union Budget related to Apprenticeship are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• NAPS-2 is a DBT scheme with the Government of India (GoI) support going directly to the bank account of apprentices instead of reimbursement to the establishment as in case of earlier version of NAPS. Thus, the Government will directly pay the apprentices 25% of the stipend payable up to Rs. 1,500 per apprentice per month on confirming the payment of establishment part of the stipend. The entire process of DBT will be hosted on the Apprenticeship Portal (www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) and there will be limited manual intervention execution of the scheme.

• One of the major changes proposed in the new scheme as compared to the earlier version is the introduction of DBT. The earlier scheme of NAPS was not supported by the feature of DBT which is transparent and a quick process. It will also overcome the delay in the reimbursement process to the establishments which was the major challenge in the previous version of NAPS. DBT offers comprehensive advantages such as identifying the leakages in financial disbursement under NAPS, formalizing the offline modes of stipend payment system, moving away from long delays from claiming reimbursements and most critically promotion of apprenticeship among youth thereby creating increased demand amongst candidate groups to choose apprenticeship as a skilling vehicle.

• The scheme has suitably addressed the concerns of industry by offering flexibility in curriculum development and imparting training under Optional Trades which are industry driven and dynamic in nature whereas, Designated Trades are more structured and follow a standardized approach to train the apprentices.

The Prime Minister further laid emphasis on the PM GatiShakti National Master Plan as a critical tool for integrating economic and infrastructural planning and development. He highlighted that under the PM Gati Shakti Master Plan, 100 critical infrastructure gap projects have been prioritized for development in FY 2023-24 and Rs. 75,000 Cr.

please create brief content on all the openings and list them live so the youth can explore and book anyone as per their availability and interest. this might give tremendous cross field involvement and allow the youth to pursue their dream career. app should have all filters like location, eligibility criteria, number of hours, teaser video if applicable, etc. also a 'find my interest' quizz based on available openings, for youth who are open to multiple streams. hope even students and job workers can benefit from this! the latter don't really have summer vacations from duty so... :)

budget on excavation.. actually it's a field of interest ..& kind of work reserch went in fort / castle ..it's also help in health also health + heritage... if do excavation/ dig whole of India or even outside India definitely will find out.. ancient historical identication mark/ knockdown of Indian cultural heritage ... even I'n all land ...r landmark ..itself then why not budget on mostly this criteria actually this 4 _ reserch knowledge & 4 science & if do collect r ancient document if somewhere in other countries this because.. withself help will able 2 others help also cause if we do anything 4 nature it will automatically serve 4 whole world so if all nations do world with W webinar here w 4_ who when where why .... it's also job/work how then 4 this do stall their of food+ 1st aid.. even if invove college goings or may gifh school reserch+ trip+ maintain r rich heritage ' bird of gold'_ in sense of nature bless /ancient knowledge /rich value & ....

There are a number of ways to implement budget initiatives for augmenting apprenticeship in India. One way is to provide financial support for apprenticeship programs, such as through subsidies or tax breaks. Another way is to create more apprenticeship opportunities by increasing the number of training programs available. Finally, the government could also promote apprenticeship through public awareness campaigns and by working with businesses to create better apprenticeship programs.

The nation's best colleges can now be making use of this task and should allow colleges to teach student from out of syallabus subject so that students can do many assignments and internal ship and for this the old syallabus had to changed other wise the entire education process can affect the student career as college studies from out of syallabus for internal shop and assignments will reduce the marks of students in final exams . The thought behind is good and to gain assignments and internal shop the students and institution takes risk doing out of syallabus assignment for money and rewards may affect in the final year marks or leading to exam failure and this the old syallabus had to changed to include where job with courses may not lead to exam failure and scoring less marks , If old syallabus are continued the part time jobs is not made compulsary Industries many jobs the college students can do and college student many work the the Industries can finance .

Hi PM, India comman man is facing two Challange. High Fees of Private School High Rate of Private Hospital RTE is very limited scheme. Aayushman yojna is really ghatiya at ground level. Solution is please open the Chain of Government School like Kendriya Vidyalay and Navoday Vidyalay in every 5 KM area. Please open Good Govt Hospitals like AIIMS in every 20 km area. Private School, Hospital Mafia is run by the lobby of Politicians. In my Area there are 10 good but very costly private school are there but 2 KV where very limited seats, NO Navoday Vidyalay and only 2 state run govt school which are useless. In my area 5 big private hospital but only 1 Praathmik Swaasthya Kendra. Please provide the solution
