A webinar on “Transforming the Health Sector: Union Budget 2021 – Strategies for Implementation” is being organized by the Department of Health & Family Welfare along with the Department of Health Research (DHR), M/o AYUSH and Department of Pharmaceuticals on 23rd February 2021 from 10.30 AM – 1.00PM. The webinar will enable sharing of the key highlights of the budget in respect of the health sector and broad strategies for implementation which build on and leverage reforms, enacted over the past few years. Invited experts will reflect on the challenges and opportunities for strengthening policy reform and implementation and provide suggestions on effective partnerships for positive outcomes. Experts are drawn from academia, research institutions, public health experts, Industry, State health officials, Directors of AIIMS, PGI, JIPMER, NIMHANS, other Central Government Institutions and representatives from FICCI, CII, ASOCHAM, PHD Chamber of Commerce, Healthcare Federation of India.

The key announcements in the Union Budget related to Health Sector are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

1. Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine to be rolled across the country
2. ₹35000 crore for Covid-19 Vaccine in 2021-22
3. Supplementary Nutrition Programme and Poshan Abhiyan to be merged and launched as Mission Poshan 2.0
4. Outlay ₹64180 crore over 6 years
5. Support for Health and Wellness centres
6. Setting up of Integrated Public Health Labs
7. Establishing critical care hospital blocks
8. Strengthening NCDC
9. Expanding integrated health information portal
10. National Commission for Allied Healthcare Professionals Bill
11. The National Nursing and Midwifery Commission

WE CAN ENCOURAGE THE HEALTH PROFESSIONALS TO GO AND USE DIGITAL AS FAR AS POSSIBLE ACCORDING TO PATIENTS FINANCIAL & EDUCATIONAL POTENCIAL. WE HAVE TO ENCOURAGE TO DO FINANCIAL TRANSATION IN DIGITAL.

DEAR SIR, WE ARE MAKING AND GOING DIGITAL IN HEALTH SECTOR STARTUPS ARE PROVIDING ARE USING AND MAKING ARTIFICIAL ORGANS, ALSO WE ARE IMPORTING API AND MEDICAL DEVICES FROM FORIEGN COUNTRY CAN WE BECOME SELF RELIENT IN THIS FIELD. WE CAN USE AI, VR, AR AND ML TO BOOST THE HEALTH PROFESSIONALS AND STUDENTS WE CAN ALSO USE BLACK CHAIN TECHNOLOGY. BUT FOR ALL WE NEED ACCURATE DATA TO BE INSERTED IN IOT DEVISES SO THAT WE CAN DO INCEAMENTAL INNOVATION ALONG WITH REAL INNOVATION.

*.National health policy must be as per other countries to stop malpractice. *.Adequate funding needed for research in "Atmanirbhar Bharat". *.There must be a department for integration of pathological diagnosis between human science animal science and molecular biology for research purpose *Adulteration act for milk and food products must be made to be strictly followed. *.The permission to open private medical colleges must be given after cross checking and periodic review.

Respected Prime Minister Modi Ji, I have suggestion for Covid Vaccine. AS Maharashtra & Kerala state has maximum number of COVID positive cases , please consider providing Vaccine to everyone irrespective of age or priority to affected area. For example do vaccination to all eligible population in Mumbai city in most priority basis considered as Health emergency. This should be completed in less than two months for both doses.

मेरे विचार से बैंकों का निजीकरण ना करके विलय कर देना चाहिए क्योंकि जो आर्थिक व्यवस्था देश में है उसको बहुत बड़ा नुकसान होगा लोगों का बैंकिंग व्यवस्था के प्रति तटस्था हो जाएगी सरकार का दायित्व है वह इन आर्थिक व्यवस्थाओं की रक्षा करें विलय उपरांत सरकार आम जनता तथा कर्मचारी की रक्षा सुनिश्चित होगी तथा लोगों का सरकार पर विश्वास बढ़ेगा नहीं तो साहूकारिता की ओर भारत अग्रसर होगा निजी करण से बैंकिंग सुविधा महंगी हो जाएंगी और सरकार का जनता पर अपना कंट्रोल कम हो जाएगा इसलिए सरकार बैंकों का विलय करना चाहि

A strong emphasis on primary health care and secondary health care in medical graduation and post graduation course will pay way for enlarging the reach of health care initiatives. Family physician concept and general doctor concept similar to NHS will enhance our health care qulaity

A developed health infrastructure also guarantees a country of strong and healthy manpower for the production of goods and services. Health infrastructure includes advanced machines specialist doctors, nurses and other paramedical professionals, and developed pharmaceutical industry.
