Respected Sir, please in your Mann Ki Baat, ask Govt. employees dealing with public be efficient and don't do the work with the expectation of bribe. Tell them the collateral damage is being done to society as a whole because of their actions.

1. Transperancy in all your governtment oppointments , tenders and Transfers- will bring higher confidence level about the Goverment.
2. Secrecate the Govermment Ministrial Departments in small segments, give indipendent power to the honoest IAS officers to meet the puplic directly and honour their work suitably

Dear Sir, please make the people working in the Govt office more efficient. The most important asset of the Govt is its employees as they actually are the bridge between the public and govt if they are not efficient the system will fail. However, as an Indian I'm proud to have a Prime Minister who actually loves the nation. Just focus on the working of the officers and we'll see the results.

Dear Desh Shuvchintak,
Few ideas to generate employment,
1. TOURISM. Bring in private reputed companies to take care of monuments. it will be well maintained and generate emp both directly and indirectly.
2. HOUSING. All 2 and 3 BHK buildings to have attached servant quarters. The poor can have a housing in cities.
3. CHILDREN EDUCATION ALLOWANCE . Stop it for Government employees. They can afford it.
4.DOCTORS. Open med colleges on 50- 50 basis with middle east countries

To make life easier All Essential Services should be ONLINE. Instead of making singing National Anthem compulsory in cinema halls, Slides showing the various Govt schemes available and how to avail it should be shown. Consumption of meat should be a choice. Nothing should be forced upon the people except the Swach Bharat Mission. Ramps, elevators, wheel chairs should be made available at all cinema halls & govt offices for senior citizens. Free education for BPL
