Aiming to bring India’s Entrepreneurial force onto the global map, The Department for Promotion of Industry, and Internal Trade (DPIIT) is hosting “Prarambh”, the Startup India International Summit on January 15-16 January 2021. The summit is expected to bring together top policy makers, industry, academia, investors, Startups and all stakeholders from across the globe and celebrate 5 years of the launch of Startup India Initiative which has played a pivotal role in spurring the spirit of entrepreneurship in every corner of the country.

With this background, we call all Start-Ups and Entrepreneurs to share their Start-Up story through their experiences, innovations, and good practices.

Regular National and International Exhibitions to promote Start-up Products/Services will not only act as Platform to Support Start-ups but will also attract Investors, Future Prospective Entrepreneurs. School /College Students must contribute in these Exhibitions as Participants in various Competitions around the Theme Of Start-up India Mission.

MUDRA Loan Conditions must be relaxed to support Budding Entrepreneurs. Every Entrepreneur must also be responsible & accountable to pay back the loan, but Loan Repayment period must be relaxed to account for initial Struggling Period.

Every School/ College should keep 5% of Total Tution Fees Collected as Start-up Support Fund for their Incubation Centre. This fund should be the Plan-B for Start-ups in case they find difficulties in getting Loans from Banks/Financial Institution, Angel Investors, Venture Capitalists. School/College needs to release the Fund to the Start-up on their request with Cap on Maximum Amount ( Rs.5 Lacs) to be released in phase manner. Every Start-up can avail this facility only once in their lifetime

Start-up Promotional Vans with Street Play teams could be used to reach to every nook & corner of the Country with continous message to promote Entrepreneurship at Grass root level. The Promotion Strategy should look to maximise the existing Channels of Communication. India Post, all Government Department Offices, PSUs, Railways, Roadways,Airports, Water & Electricity Supply Departments, Govt.Hospitals,Primary Health Centres, Panchayat, Municipal Offices could be used to promote Start-up India

Every School/College should have Start-up Week, where every child is encouraged to come up with His/her idea of Start-up. Series of activities around the Start-up Theme could be arranged in Schools and Colleges like Drawing, Painting, Singing, Drama,Debate, Model-Making, Role-Play, Educational Visits/Excursions, Essay Writing, Slogan Writing, Poster Making etc.

Movies & Books promoting Start-up should be Greatly Supported by Government at all Levels. The more Child see & read these Stories, the more they will Believe in Start-up as Career Option. We need to highlight our Entrepreneurs as Adventurous Heroes who are opening new Fields of Development for themselves & for others.

In every Class Book, there should be 1-2 Start-up Stories (Success/Failures) to teach children to Dream & Aspire to become an Entrepreneur. Parents must be counselled right from the beginning that Start-up is a Serious Rewarding Career for their Wards & Government extends all support in this endeavour if their Child wants to become an Entrepreneur in future. Entrepreneurship Orientation Training must be an integral Part of our Educational System with more Educational Tours/ Guest Lectures

We consider our Country as Motherland, we as a Country can be the Mother Of all Start-Ups in the World. Start-Ups needs Easy Registration as firm, Tax Rebates for at least 3 years, Easy Bank Loans, Govt Subsidies/Scholarships/ Seed Money, Incubation Support for at least 2 Ventures (in case first one is not Successful), Iniatial Infrastructure Support(Office, Stationery) at Govt. Office/College, Publicity through DD/FM Channel/Print through Information & Publicity Division Ads
