All skills learnt by any user must be integrated to his aadhaar id and the ecertifcate must be used to apply for jobs. Single large portal for job search must be created and the certificates must be used after linking to aadhaar to help jobs. The certificates must be made valuable similar to those obtained from private foreign institues like IT certificates from microsoft and cisco are made so valuable. similar value must be given for certificates from MSME and other institutions of govt agencie

1. Tax relief for 1st time entrepreneurs #NationalPolicyforSkillDevelopmentandEntrepreneurship from any family. 2. Easy loans from 1st year of progress shown. 3. Single portal on detailed procedure to start any time of business with complete support details. Each state has its set of approvals. So all details need to be integrated. The approvals should be integrated into the website as workflow. 4. Single toll free number to ask doubts. 5. Auditors and tax filing must be taught in the website.

The basic things for starting our own venture, such as which permissions are needed, where do we need to submit our application, etc can be included in the civics subject syllabus in schools, or such a subject may be introduced at jr.college level as a compulsary subject.
For skill development, an internship for the last 6 months/semester of the course (UG/PG), should be mandatory for all courses, because the syllabus only teaches "what to do" and not "how to do".

Way teachers are teaching in Best schools in India, that should be recorded and distribute freely on Electronic media in schools and among students . Knowledge should be free and easily accessible, Indians have unending hunger for knowledge since ancient times.
India need plumber, Electrician, Mason , Dairy Farmers, Milk producers, Annual demand from infrastructural industry ( Companies) need to be assessed and these learner should be placed there after training.

All Government schools recruitment should be stopped and current schools with poor results should be handed over to successful private sector Educator of that area and aid should be given to that private enterprenur to run the school on the terms of Govt of India.
To impart a skill to earn for life to student should be motto of that school.
ALL HIGH EDUCATION POST 12 th should be restricted to few deserving rest should live happily earning through their acquired skill in school.

Focus on Quality Education, Lesser number of high education Colleges but quality education to real deserving, Start skilling youth from Class 10, A Farmer Son need to train on Animal Husbandry, Milk Production, Earth Testing, Tubwell Mechanic and many more such related field which will make him self sufficient not a beggar for jobs.
Skill Development should be area specific, Where local historical expertise need to be invested like weaving, Carpenter, Handloom etc.
