Dear Sir, So far many government companies and education institutions are considered AMIE equivalent to B.E/B.Tech in Andrapradesh /Telangana. Recent past in AICTE regulations -2010 they have created some confusion about equivalency of AMIE with BE/B.Tech. Around 20 years back I passed AMIE and working as Associate Professor in Private Engineering college in Telangana .I also ratified by the JNTUH hyderabad Telangana as Associate Professor in 2009.am I eligible to Professor.

The disclosures, compliances to be made and procedure to be followed under The companies Act 2013 by Public Ltd.and private Ltd.Companies are almost the same whereas Private Ltd. Companies are domestic companies and no public interest is involved in such Companies. It is great hardship to such Companies to comply with all provisions of the Act. Therefore, significant relaxations may be granted to Private Ltd. Companies for corporate development.

Indian entrepreneur can manufacture many import substitute item at only 7% to 10% import cost.specifically in line of defence spares and heavy earth moving machine spares. Only need to encourage entrepreneur for development of this items. In spite of this more than 1 lakh crore spares are import at more than 1500% extra cost. I prapose government if chance given to me , I can develop many import substitute item @ only 10% to 15% cost with same quality and performance.
