THE GOVT., HAS PROVIDED THE BEST TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT AND ALSO THE OTHER FACILITIES IN MINING WHERE THE PRIVATE SECTOR MAY NOT HAVE IN REQUIRED NUMBER. THE ARTIFICIAL TRAINING CLIMATE THAT RESEMBLES ACTUAL JOB SPOTS IS VERY COSTLY. THE PRIVATE SECTOR MAY NOT HAVE THE LATEST FACILITY. IN SUCH CASES GOVT., SECTOR IS THE BEST ONE PROVIDED IT HAS THE QUALITATIVE INSTRUCTORS. PRIVATE SECTOR ALSO NOMINATES ITS EXPERTS FOR TRAINING TO THE GOVT., SECTOR..

IF GOVT.,ABLE TO EMPLOY THE HIGHLY SKILLED QUALITATIVE MANPOWER PURELY ON MERIT WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS IN MINING SECTOR, THERE WILL BE NO SUBSTITUTE FOR IT. THE GOVT., SHOULD MOTIVATE AND RETAIN ITS SKILLED MANPOWER WITH TAX FREE INCENTIVES AND EXTEND THE RETIREMENT UP TO 65 YEARS SO THAT STAFF DEVOTES AND WORK WITH FULL COMMITMENT. WHY PPP IN SUCH SITUATIONS..

I feel it should be collaborative efforts of Govt and Private sectors the reasons are:
Private sectors can help government to identify the challenges, Design the required training programs and provide technology and infrastructure support, Government can standardized the learning protocol throughout the country, They can help student understand how lucrative it is as far as jobs in mining sector is concern.

"Laban Satyagrah" was started in "Inchudi", a part of Balasore district in Odisha. But till now we do not have any salt industry there. We are still going back direction of development. Some forests are destroyed and some natural resources are sold in name of development. But have not seen the development here.

Skill development is a good topic. Before that how to live, we should learn. Then my village, district, state and later my country would be a healthy one. Now we are living in 21th century, still people only need the male new born child. This is because the girls are much more behind in my society. Yes we can see some female are in front line of development. But it is negligible percentage. We need to focus more in case of education, developing skills and many more

Hi All,
Very Good Afternoon!
Like in other countries why can not we have govt organised department (Like post office in each village to City) to provide information on job vacancies in both public and pvt sectors, providing guidance to unemployed youth, information, procedures, terms and conditions of to settle in their kind of dream jobs. All this should be done by government employees. And these employees are nothing but unemployed youth from the society.
Hope it works and gives good results...

By all reviews taken by our respective Sir SHRI NARENDRA MODI as there is corruption in India but the main basis are the government as it can be said that when we have our own business we have to pay tax ya that's true but there should be only one tax not many taxes so people not show more income to government and use there money as a BLACK MONEY so I don't say don't take tax I say that take all tax in one type of tax but not more tax so no BLACK MONEY NO CORRUPTION. Thanks a lot PM SIR

SSC 2014 Pre Exam held on 19th was comparatively more Challenging.
I just want The Prime Minister to ask the Administration to Follow "SCALING Technique" for calculation of Cut-offs so that Selection is Fair.
In this Technique all the 4 Shifts, in which the Exam was undertaken, is given a different Cut-off.
I want the Prime Minister to intervene because in the end India wants the Best Minds to come forward and that should not be based on LUCK!
