Finding real honest bureaucrats may be a daunting task! However, there is an easy way. More than CBI, Police or any other surveillance agency, it is contractors/vendors who have detailed account of money disbursed to their 'clients'. Some reliable agency can be deployed to obtain integrity information about any current/prospective public servant. This may not be used for the purpose of prosecution/punishing some one but can indeed to be used to find people with real honesty and integrity!

Skill development in mining sector should be done by Govt. run mining units. The reason behind this is, mining skill development requires heavy investment as equipment's are very costly . Private sector may compromise on these.

Seeing current environment of girls seeking more & more freedom to live their lives their own way, including freedom to love and enjoy! For any democratic country this can not be an excuse for rising crimes against women. For increasing rape cases, it may not be possible immediately to control internet content as well making prostitution legal which may curb such incidences. What can be done is to make Martial Art part of women training form middle school level to train them in self defence!

Yoga & Pranayam must be introduced in schools from primary level. The benefits are multi fold that you know sir more than me. It would kindle satva at early age along with foundation of good health and ability to focus. It would generate employment for many people who are skilled in this art. Personal hygiene and cleanliness are pre-requisites of Yoga, so the young generation trained in Yoga would be torch bearer of future Swach Bharat! Advance practitioners will spread VASUDEV KUTUMBKAM :)

Sir, your message to top govt officials for taking bold decision in larger interest is welcome! Your assurance for protection against CVC/CBI is also a big step for encouraging honest bureaucrats to be action and outcome oriented. However, there has to be mechanism to really find who is really an honest and who is using these powers given by you to his person interests! In reality, on the name of new/advanced technology, Rs100 are being spent where Rs10 needs to be. There are very thin lines!

Sir, it is imperative that RTI act is suitably modified to question the purpose of information by the applicant. The rule currently is being misused by many persons having their own commercial interests and greed in mind. Further, even from security point of view this provision should be in place. For instance, anyone can obtain water supply network details of any municipality as neither such things are confidential nor commercial confidence. A person with bad intent can cause havoc!

I am going to schools of poor children for teaching them on Saturdays voluntarily. The interaction shows that it is worth less to attempt to make all of them engineers, doctors, or MBAs as neither they are prepared nor there is enough resources in all such schools to make them go so high. Their background also puts serious restrictions on this. It is imperative that more emphasis is given on skill development right from the primary level. This is already expressed by you sir! Pl take it further
