The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

skills development is acquired with utilizing the technology. This can be done by providing technical devices like tab or laptop in schools. i will give you criteria about how student can be given with tab: he pays school fee in 3 terms if tab cost is 8000 or 9000 divide by 3 and add that amount in each term. So, every student can have an tab with technology and what govt to do is: should provide free training. So,student can think about technology from his childhood rather than in his graduate.

Skill development in the mining sector should be a private undertaking. Since government is too big and the inertia is too large to handle, bringing changes and updating syllabus or making minor changes would be difficult. Give private sector the independence to modify the training material and force upgrades and reward good work and punish laxity. Accountability could also be ensured easily through private participation, it will be difficult for the government authorities to do it.

My idea to support the clean India drive is to support and appreciate the people who clean India. This can be very well done by creating a Facebook page in which people would be able to uplaod the photos of the place the cleaned in a format of "the before the place was like that !!!" "and now it is this !!!" ex. the photo attached below and when they will get thousands of likes on there photos they would get inspired and work and clean more place maybe in the hunger of more likes. Thank you

Sir in village schools there is not proper arrangement for all the streams for study like science, commerce & and all the arts subjects for students to choose for higher studies. They have to read/write only arts subjects. When they are young they come to knowthere is no job for arts students in recent education. All sectors even for 10 & 12th level job they ask for science students With poor facility students have to suffer So you are requested to make free 10& 12th level job free from science

It should be left to the private sector. Private sector should be incentivised to support practical training in schools and other educational institutions. This way, they will get the right skilled potential employees

Skill development should be by private sector. The best government is that which undertakes minimal tasks directly i.e. makes changes possible but without a lot of micro management .
